Opportunity

Often when real estate agents have questions about home insurance, they reach out to an insurance agent directly with questions. In return, the agent can get that new business. However, many Allstate agents don’t have the proper tools or resources to build those lasting relationships.

Solution

We created realtor relationship kits that provide Allstate agents with value-added resources to grow relationships and homeowners insurance business. There are two kits: one for the realtor that includes leave-behind collateral such as a cooler bag and wipes for their cars. The second kit includes items for the homeowners’ kitchen, including a spatula and oven mitt.

Execution

I worked and met with external collateral vendors to determine the most effective and valuable solution to fit within our budget for 50 agents. After producing the collateral, I led our interns to coordinate shipping and education logistics. We developed introduction emails, how-to build realtor relationship guides, and also integrated our interactive infographic website.

I designed lenticular (4D) cards using the infographic home website so customers of both the Allstate agent and realtor could interact with and learn about the site. In addition, we created flyers for realtors and and their customers to learn more about Allstate and its homeowners insurance resources.
