By creating innovative content to engage Allstate agencies with growth and customer experience goals, the Southwest Region Corporate Relations team was key in ranking #1 in the Customer Loyalty Index, the only region in the country to outrank competitors. We also helped achieve top results in the Agency Customer Experience survey through b2b and b2c content.

Solution

Greg Gray is a customer experience educator and speaker, and travels to Allstate events throughout the country to help agencies learn best practices. Not all agencies can leave their offices on specific dates, so I strategized and filmed a micro-content video series that was distributed to all of the agencies every week.
