The Southwest Region and its agents refocused their 2013 business priorities on bundling homeowners insurance with existing insurance business. Agents reported that they need additional resources to help them and their sales staff bundle more often. By providing internal and external support to drive bundling opportunities will help the region achieve business objectives and increase the agencies ease of doing business.

Solution

Our team strategized an infographic website that agents can share with customers to learn more about homeowners insurance in a fun way. We designed the website to help explain common coverages in an interactive way when they visit their agents for their yearly insurance review. We worked with a creative agency to bring this idea to life.
